一. 人是會忘記恩惠的 People easily forget benefits
    [路17:17-18] 耶穌說：「潔淨了的不是十個人嗎？那九個在那裡呢？
        除了這外族人，再沒有別人回來歸榮耀與神嗎？」
    [Luke 17:17-18] Jesus asked, "Were not all ten cleansed?
    Where are the other nine? Was no one found to return and give
    praise to God except this foreigner?"

二. 感恩要從心裡做起 Give thanks from heart (v 1- 2)

    ~ 人一生的果效是由心發出
    Heart is the wellspring of life

    [箴4:23]你要保守你心，勝過保守一切，因為一生的果效是由心發出。
    [Prov 4:23] Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.
   
    ~ 人的心常常會憂悶，該怎麼辦?
    What to do when downcast and disturbed within me?

    [詩42:5,11] 我的心哪，你為何憂悶？為何在我裡面煩躁？應當仰望神，因
    他笑臉幫助我；我還要稱讚他。…我的心哪，你為何憂悶？為何在我裡 面煩躁？
    應當仰望神，因我還要稱ד他。他是我臉上的光榮，是我的神。
    [Psalm 42:5,11] Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me?
    Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior …Why are you downcast,
    O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise
    him, my Savior and my God.

三. 什麼恩惠 ? What benefits ? (v 3-5)
    1). 赦免你的一切罪孽 Forgives all your sins
        [弗1:7]我們藉這愛子的血得蒙救贖，過犯得以赦免，乃是照他豐富的恩典。
        [西1:14] 我們在愛子裡得蒙救贖，罪過得以赦免。
        [Eph 1:7] In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness
        of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace
        [Col 1:14] in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
   
    2). 醫治你的一切疾病 Heals all your diseases
        [帖前5:23] 願賜平安的神親自使你們全然成聖！又願你們的靈與魂與身子得蒙保守，
        在我主耶穌基督降臨的時候，完全無可指摘！
        [約三 1:2] 親愛的兄弟啊，我願你凡事興盛，身體健壯，正如你的靈魂 興盛一樣。
        [I Thes 5:23] May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and
        through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming
        of our Lord Jesus Christ.
        [III John 1:2] Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that
        all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.

    3). 救贖你的命脫離死亡，以仁愛和慈悲為你的冠冕
        Redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion
        [林後1:10]他曾救我們脫離那極大的死亡，現在仍要救我們，並且我們指望他將來還
        要救我們。
        [II Cor 1:10] He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will
        deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us,
        [弗4:23-24]又要將你們的心志改換一新，並且穿上新人；這新人是照著神 的形像造的，
        有真理的仁義和聖潔。
        [Eph 4:23-24] to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on
        the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

    4). 他用美物使你所願的得以知足，以致你如鷹返老還童
        Satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed
        like the eagle's
        [腓4:11]我並不是因缺乏說這話；我無論在什麼景況都可以知足，這是我已經學會了。
        [提前6:6,8]…敬虔加上知足的心便是大利了；…只要有衣有食，就當知足。
        [Phi 4:11] I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned
        to be content whatever the circumstances.
        [I Tim 6:6,8] But godliness with contentment is great gain… But if we have
        food and clothing, we will be content with that.
